I truly believe therapy is a journey for everyone. Taking that first initial step to look into the process of therapy is something to be proud of, but it can also be extremely overwhelming & scary. Maybe this is something you've thought about for a long time, or maybe life's circumstances have you looking for help today. As a former educator, I integrate my knowledge of human development & family systems to support the whole family. As a therapist, I use skills & understanding of therapeutic modalities to really tailor the therapeutic experience to one's individual needs.

I specialize in supporting parents at every stage of their journey, from trying to conceive (TTC) through pregnancy, postpartum, and all phases of parenthood.
My practice is laser-focused on perinatal mental health. This is the critical time surrounding fertility, trying to conceive, pregnancy, and the entire postpartum period. I am dedicated to helping individuals in this season manage their mental health effectively. I have training through Postpartum Support International (PSI) and have valuable lived experience that allows me to provide expert care for the common but often challenging mental health issues that arise, such as perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). This means I'm here to support you whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, OCD, or other challenges during or after pregnancy. This care also extends to partners and family members who are supporting a mom through this life-changing season.
A key part of my work is providing preventative care for infants and children. By prioritizing the mental health and well-being of the parents, we create the best possible foundation for the healthy development of their baby and child.
Additionally, I work with adolescents and young adults. My practice uses therapeutic approaches, including play therapy, to help these young individuals build a healthy emotional foundation that will empower them to pursue the life they truly want for themselves, long after childhood.
