Hi, I am Jordan, and it is such a pleasure to connect with you in this way.

I truly believe therapy is a journey for everyone. Taking that first initial step to look into the process of therapy is something to be proud of, but it can also be extremely overwhelming & scary. Maybe this is something you've thought about for a long time, or maybe life's circumstances have you looking for help today. Either way I want to take this moment to acknowledge your desire for seeking help and thank you for the potential opportunity to walk alongside you in this journey.

As a former educator, I integrate my knowledge of human development & family systems to support the whole family. As a therapist, I use skills & understanding of therapeutic modalities to really tailor the therapeutic experience to one's individual needs. 

My practice's focus shines a light toward aiding those in the Perinatal period (fertility, trying to conceive, pregnancy & postpartum) with their personal mental health. This also includes supporting Perinatal partners, or other family members that support those in this season of life. I am perinatal trained through Postpartum Support International and have lived experience allowing me to provide expert care for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs).

Additionally, my practice seeks to provide preventative care for infants and children through aiding maternal mental health & well-being. 

Expanding upon play therapy for adolescents & young adults my practice also aims to aid in creating a healthy foundation, beyond childhood, to propel young individuals into the life they imagine for themselves.
